Recruiting Members for your Federation
How to recruit
One can scan or browse the site for potential recruits and then can proceed to send that empire a private message to ask him or her to join your federation. Posting message in the forum is also allowed, but be very careful about flooding the channel.
High ranking or powerful members
The more powerful an empire, the more he/she can contribue to the federation? Wrong. A powerful empire doesn't mean that member will be active, or obey the rules of the federation (set by the leader). Recruiting a powerful empire can also open up for a hostile take over where that empire elects themselve as the leader, thus taking over your federation.
Members you want
The best members you can find is those who obey the rules set by the leader and are willing to work together as a team.
